Our production process follows a specific workflow. Once the uniform has been designed, reviewed, and checked by Supervisors and Team Leaders for bespoke fitting and design requirements, the style samples are signed off—along with the sizing. Afterward, all materials are dyed and prepared, and all accessories are stocked and ready for manufacture. We then create an initial set of clothing for a final check and wearer trial sign-off.  

This Sizing and Wearer Trial Solution is the most critical stage in our sign-off process. It is during these trials that any potential issues are identified and addressed.  

For instance, during a trial with a healthcare client, the nurses noticed something crucial: the tunic sleeves were slightly tight. As their work involved frequent stretching and working at elevated levels, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it directly impacted their reach, comfort, and performance.
